Your path, your pace—health coaching at every stage of life
There is no shortage of information and opinions about how to be the best version of you. Sorting through the facts and opinions can be overwhelming. Translating the information into realistic goals and incremental steps can feel daunting.
Lifespan Health and Wellness Coaching can help.
About Health Coaching
Enduring change happens best through a supportive process that puts you in the driver’s seat with a non-judgmental, supportive co-pilot. Health coaching empowers you to set relevant goals and make realistic, sustainable progress. Using evidence-based tools and a collaborative approach, the coaching process provides structure and accountability as you move towards your goals.
Health coaching can help if you:
- Need support managing a new health diagnosis, challenge, or protocol
- Are finding a life transition has affected your health and well-being, or anticipate an upcoming transition that may have an impact
- Feel overwhelmed by social media “experts” and want to find clarity or an approach that works for you
- Struggle to stay consistent without support or accountability
- Feel like your existing routines aren't working for you anymore
- Have an ambitious health goal that feels just out of reach
- Want to live with more energy and purpose
Meet Your Coach
I am a National Board-Certified Health and Wellness Coach trained at Vanderbilt University Medical Center. I am drawn to health coaching because it brings together my deep interest in healthy living with a commitment to helping others bring about meaningful, personally relevant change.
My clients come to me with a broad range of goals and priorities. I see individuals as well as couples and parents and children. In each coaching relationship, I bring a genuine curiosity about you—what you value, how you define health and well-being, and what will best support you in reaching your goals. My aim is to meet you where you are and support you in a way that is thoughtful, collaborative, and tailored to your needs.
Services
Introductory Call
If you’re new to health coaching, curious about whether it might be helpful, or simply want to get a sense of what it’s like to work together, you’re welcome to schedule a complimentary 15-minute introductory call. In a relaxed conversation, you can ask questions and explore what might be possible, with no pressure or obligation.
Initial Session
Your first coaching session lays the foundation for our work together. We will take a thoughtful look at what’s currently going well and where you see areas for improvement across a range of areas related to whole-person health and wellness. We will also explore your vision for your optimal health and begin identifying next steps that feel realistic and relevant to you.
Follow-Up Sessions
The primary focus of our second session is to clarify your goals for our work together. From there, each subsequent session is designed to keep you on track and moving forward. We’ll explore whatever topic feels most pertinent to you, whether it’s directly tied to your goals or to a recent experience affecting your health and wellbeing. Through guided conversations, you’ll receive support as you build new skills, gain fresh perspectives, and develop personalized habits that serve your goals. Along the way, we’ll celebrate what’s working well and compassionately address challenges so you move forward with greater agency and confidence.
The frequency and duration of our health coaching will be tailored to what feels right for you. Many clients find that 7-10 sessions spaced every other week is sufficient to achieve meaningful change. The coaching process is flexible, and you can choose what makes sense for you based on your circumstances and goals.
